Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 21 days of receipt for a replacement via email info@anapheonline.com 

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. Please first contact us via email info@anapheonline.com. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping address will be provided after you have contacted us by email. 

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@anapheonline.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We check all our items before they are sent out. Our products are all handmade with attention to detail. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as filters for face masks, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless you find a defect.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping return charges - The cost of shipping is to be paid by the buyer for colour or size changes that were incorrectly selected by the buyer.

If we deem that our product was not satisfactory for example but not limited to damage or the wrong colour was sent to you that was our error. In that case we will also reimburse the return shipping fee's incurred by the buyer, please keep the original receipt and send an email copy of your shipping receipt to; info@anapheonline.com
