We are a Hong Kong based company and we ship from Hong Kong. We ship all items DDP (duty and customs paid). Duties and customs are included at checkout.
Shipping Rates

Order cut-off time : 10pm
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
The delivery time is 2-5 days (Monday – Friday)
Hong Kong
Shipping Cost:
- For orders above 300$HKD shipping is free;
- For orders below 300$HKD shipping fee is 30$HKD
USA
Customs, Import Tax charged at checkout - No surprises when your package arrives.
- For orders $200USD and above shipping is free;
- For orders below $200USD shipping fee is 25$USD
China Mainland
- Standard Shipping 150¥
United Kingdom

- For orders £200GBP and above shipping is free;
- For orders below £200GBP shipping fee is £10GBP
Australia -

Europe

- For orders 500QAR and above shipping is free;

Rest of the world -

While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you will need to comply with the returns procedure once you have received the item.
Item not received
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You may contact the carrier to assist in tracing your items. Once the item is shipped we do not have control over it (once it is with the carrier), but if the problems still persists kindly write us at info@anaphe.com and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.
All packages are tracked, and delivery is either confirmed by a signature or supported with photo evidence if the items are not handed directly to a person at the property. Once the courier marks items as delivered, Anaphe assumes no further responsibility.
Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at info@anaphe.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues at our earliest.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We are not liable for shipping claims where the receiver has elected to not sign for the package for example asked the courier to 'leave in a safe place'.
