Payment Policy

Payments and Currency

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. 

Payments will appear on your bank statement as 'ANAPHE LTD'.

Please note that the business is located in Hong Kong, therefore the standardised currency is Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).  

Payment shall be made at the time of order. Orders will be fulfilled once payment is received.

We accept the payment methods listed below

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Apple Pay

To use Apple Pay 

  1. Tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay as your payment method.
  2. Check your billing, shipping, and contact information to make sure that they're correct. 
  3. If you need to, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information on your iPhone or iPad. 
  4. Confirm the payment.

PayPal

With PayPal you can checkout as a guest or with your account both on your mobile phone or via a desktop computer. Paypal will use any balance you have in your account in the first instance, if you have no balance available it will allow you to use your designated payment method.

Shop Pay

Shop pay is an accelerated checkout that allows you to save your email, credit card, shipping address and billing information for faster checkout next time. Shopify will store the information on their secure PCI compliant servers it is only shared with our store if an order is placed. Google Pay

Google Pay is a digital wallet platform and online payment system developed by Google to power in-app and tap-to-pay purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones, tablets or watches. 

On devices without fingerprint ID, Google Pay is activated with a passcode. When you make a payment to a merchant, Google Pay does not send the credit or debit card number with the payment to us. Instead, it generates a virtual account number representing the user's account information.

To use Google Pay -

  1. At checkout, tap the Google Pay button.
  2. If asked, choose a payment method and enter your shipping address.
  3. Confirm your order.
