Hong Kong

Order cut-off time : 10 P.M.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days. (Monday – Friday)

The quality delivery time is 2-5 days. (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Cost:
- For orders above 300$HKD shipping is free;
- For orders below 300$HKD shipping fee is 30$HKD 

 

United States of America

United Kingdom

Rest of the world

Order cut-off time : 10 P.M.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days. (Monday – Friday)

The quality delivery time is 3-7 days. (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Cost: 180HKD

Highest rate is applied once, to the whole order.

While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you will need to comply with the returns procedure once you have received the item.

Item not received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You may contact the carrier to assist in tracing your items. Once the item is shipped we do not have control over it (once it is with the carrier), but if the problems still persists kindly write us at info@anaphe.com and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.

Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at info@anaphe.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues at our earliest.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Anaphe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs Charges & Taxes

Please be aware that all customs and import charges are to be paid by the purchaser. We do not include tax or customs fees in our postage or product pricing. Please refer to your country specific information. We are a Hong Kong based company and we ship from Hong Kong. We are not liable for your counties imposed tax or fees.
